Building craft at masters level: From individual prefabricated elements joined, the construction workers put on hand after final positioning of the concrete plates and shaped more than 300 windows in: Circles, stars - everything the artist heart desires. At the same time the building lost its straight lines and right angles by the isolation outside. In three months, 25 painters achieved it, to paint the approximately 2,800 square meters front of the building by hand.		The utilisation A restaurant in the ground floor ensures a semi-public use of the building. Otherwise the Happy RIZZI House is rather a place for working: 850 square meters are used as seminar center and office space.
