Even the secretary shared the excitement The young artists could meet James Rizzi in person and present their work to him. Thanks to the attentive secretary of the Schönberg- school, Mrs. Stuber who shared the excitement. She pointed out the fact to the class that an exhibition with Rizzis works in the Freiburger gallery Springmann would take place and the New York Artists had announced his coming. "Everything was pretty exciting" A delegation of three pupils was allowed to represent their class of Schönberg-school when meeting with James Rizzi. They handed an image of their work of art over to him and were thrilled by the uncomplicated artist. He was obviously pleased, thanked them cordially and fulfilled autograph- and photo requests. The pupils agreed: "Everything was pretty exciting, because one has rarely the opportunity to meet a world-famous Artist who found his way from New York City to Freiburg!"
